βœ… Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange only if:

    • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Orders placed by mistake or change of preference after delivery.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

  • If the error is from ScentsZonePK (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
