At ScentsZonePK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality fragrances with care. However, due to the nature of perfumes, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
β Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
π« Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfumes.
Orders placed by mistake or change of preference after delivery.
πΈ Refund Process
Refunds will only be issued if the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7β10 working days through the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
π¦ Return Shipping
If the error is from ScentsZonePK (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
